Concept Metal is an industrial sheet metal company founded in 1998, located in Louey, France. With 25 years’ experience in sheet metal work, Concept Metal has built up a solid reputation among its customers and partners, thanks to its commitment to providing the best possible support in the realization of their projects, and to offering them customized global solutions. What’s more, since its creation, Concept Metal has never ceased to invest in high-tech equipment and to expand its production area in order to remain competitive, but also in human resources, with a workforce of around 47 people today, enabling us to demonstrate the flexibility and reliability required to meet our customers’ expectations and deliver quality products.

To guarantee the quality of our products and meet our customers’ strict requirements, Concept Metal invested in a Hexagon measuring arm in 2024, which ensures rigorous control with multiple benefits for production efficiency and part quality.
Thanks to its articulated arm, this tool enables us to carry out highly precise checks on complex-shaped parts or on hard-to-reach areas, while guaranteeing remarkably accurate results. The use of the measuring arm saves us precious time in the inspection process, as the measuring arm carries out checks in real time and automatically. Moreover, the data collected can be directly exported in the form of detailed reports, providing full traceability of the checks carried out for our customers.
