Break-Out Company is responsible for processing personal data related to external communication, as per Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. This processing is recorded in a register maintained by the data protection officer appointed by the Data Controller and is based on the legitimate interest pursued by the latter, namely presenting and explaining the activities carried out.
