Break-Out Company is responsible for processing personal data related to external communication, as per Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. This processing is recorded in a register maintained by the data protection officer appointed by the Data Controller and is based on the legitimate interest pursued by the latter, namely presenting and explaining the activities carried out.

Data Subjects: Any natural person whose personal data is being processed. In the following text, the data subjects may be referred to as “You” or “Your.”

Data Protection Officer: The person appointed by the data controller to inform and advise the organization and employees, monitor compliance with the regulation, be contacted by data subjects regarding their rights, cooperate with the CNIL, and serve as a point of contact for the CNIL.
