Concept Metal is specialized in custom industrial sheet metal work and the assembly of welded assemblies: cabinets, boxes, specific tooling, etc. The company uses a variety of welding methods (TIG, MIG, MAG) and is able to weld different materials: stainless steel, steel, aluminum.

Our welds are carried out by qualified welders and are governed by WPS and PQR if required. We also adopt a welding quality management system, notably through rigorous product monitoring and controls.

We are certified to EN 15085-2 CL1, a standard developed for the railway sector. This means that Concept Metal masters welding processes and produces to the quality standards demanded by customers in this sector.
what is mechanical welding?
department description
Mechanical welding is a specific technique used to produce structures with complex shapes and generally large dimensions. It is often combined with other metalworking processes such as cutting, bending, machining, crimping, etc.
A welded assembly is an assembly of metal parts welded together.

Welding methods used
- TIG
- MIG
- MAG
Advantages of MIG / MAG welding
- High welding speed : MIG/MAG welding enables rapid welding, saving time and boosting productivity and efficiency. This is made possible by the use of a continuous wire electrode and the simplicity of its mechanism.
- Suitable for large volumes : It can handle large volumes of welding, making it ideal for large projects.
- Easy to learn : TIG welding is renowned for its ease of learning, and is generally the technique of choice for those new to the field.
Advantages of TIG welding
- High precision : TIG welding meets the most exacting standards. It enables meticulous handling, ideal for work requiring dimensional precision and exceptional finish.
- aesthetic finish : TIG welding guarantees aesthetic results, perfectly suited to projects where visual appeal is of crucial importance. Indeed, TIG welding offers a homogeneous fusion of materials, resulting in smooth, well-defined joints.
- Suitable for thin materials : TIG welding is ideal for assembling delicate parts, welding thin metals such as aluminum or stainless steel.
