Concept Métal’s methods office fitted equipped with 3D CAD software, supports you on your sheet metal projects. From drawing and appropriate files (STEP or DXF) our team designs the manufacturing process : cutting, folding, welding, assembly and finishing. All this in order to provide you a turnkey service.

Our machines as well as the expertise and qualifications of our operators allow us to be a trusted partner for the production of fine sheet metal parts.

The finishing operations correspond to the stages of subcontracting (machining or surface treatment) of parts or sub-assemblies : chemical passivation, zinc plating, surtec650, galvanizing, tinning, screen printing or even powder and liquid painting. Our partners allow us to offer solutions adapted to customer requirements (aesthetic or functional).

Once the parts have been cut, folded, welded and coated, we assemble the parts using standard commercial elements (fasteners, handles, wheels, etc.). This operation allows us to obtain the finished product and, if necessary, to carry out preassemblies, tests before packaging and shipping.
